Your MissionThe Account Manager acts as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between the client and our internal teams.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of existing portfolios, from initial onboarding and performance tracking to issue resolution with a relentless focus on account optimization and relationship building.What You'll DoAct as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing accounts, fostering long-term partnerships through proactive communication.Conduct regular Business Reviews to align client goals with our service delivery and identify areas for improvement.Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition.Execute data-driven optimization strategies to maximize the ROI (Return on Investment) for each client account.Troubleshoot and resolve complex service issues,
acting as a bridge between the client and technical/operational teams.Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base to drive organic revenue growth.What You'll BringHigh school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate)At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or managing corporate accounts/portfolios (mandatory)English B2 level (mandatory) + Portuguese C1 levelExperience in BPO (preferred)Key Skills & CompetenciesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and KPI visualization.Strong understanding of KPI'sKnowledge in the use of CRM'sExceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail.Excellent communication, empathy, and collaborative leadership skills.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, general, and results-driven environment
