We're evolving from the inside out, creating a future that's as ambitious as it is necessary.We're looking for an Engagement Internal & External Content Specialist responsible to define and orchestrate the Experience & Engagement communication strategy for our Smoke-free Products portfolio (IQOS, VEEV & ZYN) across the Central America, Caribbean & Andean (CCA) cluster.
The role addresses two audiences: External Engagement—designing the strategy and content toolboxes for
(i)
Events (brand activations and experiential moments),
(ii) Legal-Age Meeting Points (LAMPs) such as bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and consumption zones, and
(iii) Community Programs (brand-ambassador initiatives); and Internal Engagement—developing the communication strategy, materials and programs to engage our employees and field sales forces (e.g. internal launches, portfolio news, and employee engagement plans).
