and reportingBuild and optimize high-throughput, low-latency systems processing large volumes of events and dataOwn critical systems end-to-end, including design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvementsDrive architectural decisions and establish patterns that support scalability, reliability, and developer productivityCollaborate closely with product, data, and partner teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutionsProvide technical leadership through design reviews, system discussions, and mentoring other engineersContribute to engineering best practices, documentation, and long-term platform visionParticipate in hiring and help grow a strong, high‐performing teamMUST HAVES3–4 years of software development experience building scalable systemsExperience with AdTechStrong understanding of computer science fundamental
