What you will doProspecting and Lead Generation:Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients;Self-generate leads by researching potential clients and staying informed about industry developments;Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets;Client Relationship Management:Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions;Create positive, long‐lasting relationships with current and potential clients;Develop rapport with key decision‐makers;Translate proposals into ready‐to‐sign contracts;Sales Presentations:Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients;Customize proposals based on each client's specific business needs;Networking and Conferences:Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand your network;Represent our company professionally during in‐person interactions;Sales Lifecycle Ownership:Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to kick‐off.Must haves1+ year sales/client facing experience (can also include HR, Recruiting or other external/internal client facing experience);Great charisma, personable and strong negotiation skills;Extremely self‐motivated,
