Freight ForwarderWe are hiring an International Trade Coordinator/Freight Forwarder with a Logistics Planner background, specializing in air freight operations.
This role involves managing the full shipment lifecycle for e-commerce cargo—from origin to final mile delivery—while ensuring compliance, timeliness, and excellent coordination with key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate air freight shipments from origin to delivery.Ensure full TSA compliance and act as the audit point of contact.Manage bookings, airway bills, tracking, and ground coordination.Resolve service issues and maintain proactive communication with partners.Collaborate with airline cargo teams, ground handlers, and internal teams.Required ExperienceMin 1 year as a Planner in a Freight Forwarder,
