We're looking for a dedicated CDL Class A Driver Recruiter to join our teamWhat You'll Do:Source and screen potential CDL Class A drivers.Conduct interviews in both Spanish and English to assess qualifications and fit.Build relationships with drivers and guide them through the hiring process.Collaborate with our operations team to understand staffing needs.Represent our company at career fairs and recruitment events.What We're Looking For:Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.Knowledge of DOT regulations and CDL Class A requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self‐motivated and results‐oriented.This is a full‐time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
