Credit Risk & Collection Management Senior Analyst - Portuguese speaker onlyLocation: Bogotá, ColombiaType of role: PermanentOverviewThe Senior Analyst, Credit & Collections Management reports to Collections Management Team Lead and works closely with Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, Account to Report, Trade or General Business Unit and Ci2C front line teams in countries/regions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver credit and receivables management services to SBS Latam as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Manage incoming payments collectionsManage Credit Assessments and Order ManagementPerform clearing of AR, analyze discrepancies, execute securitization program and factoringReview AR aging reports, perform collection and dunning,



and follow-up actionsAddress operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely mannerDeliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelinesParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesContribute to business and customer collection strategy reviewsExecute in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelinesComplete all activities as per the integral Core Model and operational KPIsDevelop expert-level knowledge of the activities in scope and become a super-userPro‐actively anticipate operational issues and coach analystsBuild, document and transfer EE Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to collections managementDispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibilityDetermine appropriate escalations and follow‐up actions as per defined processAdditional InformationPortuguese language proficiency required.
