resolving policy-related needs promptly and effectively.Collaborate with other departments involved in the process to meet delivery timelines.Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.Work proactively to identify and address issues.Display a proactive attitude, taking the initiative to identify and address potential challenges.BASIC REQUIREMENTSCurrently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration or a related field.Intermediate English language skills.Intermediate Portuguese language skills – it's a plus.Experience in customer service.Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.Superior and effective communication skills.Ability to work under pressure.A dynamic and energetic approach to work.
