We're Hiring: Recruiter – Bogotá or Medellín (Onsite)About the RoleWe are seeking a Recruiter with 3–4 years of experience in high-volume recruitment to join our team in Medellín and provide direct support to the Recruiter Operations Team Lead.
This is a full-time, onsite position (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with all legal benefits included.
Based on performance and company growth, there is the possibility of extending the contract to an indefinite term.The adecuado candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions.
