Work together with the Marketing and Sales teams to consolidate medium and long-term demand forecasts (12 to 36 months) that feed manufacturing capacity plans and investment decisions in inventories.Identify market trends and the regulatory environment that may impact future demand (changes in INVIMA regulations, expiration of health registrations, etc.).
Support safety inventory levels and service levels according to the company's commercial and regulatory strategy.
Participate and collaborate in the design of product launch strategies, transfers, and discontinuations, ensuring correct alignment with the supply chain.Lead portfolio segmentation to define planning priorities (critical products, high runners, low margin, etc.).
Analyze and make decisions based on sales, marketing, and health regulation information to prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts adjusted to business reality, working together with areas such as marketing and sales.
