Your mission
As an Implementation Executive, you will be responsible for successfully managing and delivering end-to-end software implementations for our clients.
You will serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase and will lead cross-functional collaboration to configure, test, and deliver the Veevart platform tailored to client needs.
This is a strategic role that combines project management, client-facing communication, and a technical understanding of SaaS products built on Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementations.
Facilitate discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into project plans and system configurations.
Coordinate with internal teams (Support, Product, CSM, Development) to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Maintain and update project documentation, timelines, risk assessments, and client communications.
Deliver training sessions to end users and ensure clients are confident in using the platform.




Identify potential risks and proactively mitigate issues throughout the implementation process.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and implementation playbooks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in project management and client onboarding for digital or SaaS platforms
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
Detail-oriented with a passion for client success.
Nice to Have
Experience working with Salesforce or Salesforce-based applications (preferred).
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, App Builder).
Experience with data migration and validation processes.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Asana, Jira, Notion).
Experience working with museums or nonprofit organizations is a plus.

Market-competitive base salary + incentives tied to completed implementations
Hybrid work model, Monday to Friday (3 days in the office)
