To make it real, we need someone who's exceptional at execution.This is a drafting-heavy, revit-focused role.
You won't be driving conceptual design, you'll be the engine behind precise, high-quality permit drawings, coordination sets, and production work that directly enables construction to start.You'll work closely with Paula (Architecture Lead), supporting her day‐to‐day updates, iterations, and permitting workflows.
Expect speed, clarity, and a lot of responsibility as we file over 113 individual permits in the next phase.We're a team spread across 8 countries.

sovereign communities that sit on the edges of every modern metropolis.What You'll OwnDrafting & ProductionProduce clean, accurate Revit drawings for residential projectsUpdate plans quickly based on feedbackMaintain high drafting standards that are consistent across the projectPermitting SupportPrepare permit-ready plans for 114+ residential homesFill in required forms and documentation tied to permit submissionsValidate information, double-check requirements, and support county submissions (final sign‐off handled by Architecture Lead)CoordinationIncorporate notes and markups from engineers, consultants, and internal leadsSupport future phases of coordination once all engineers are onboarded (post‐permit)Quality & WorkflowKeep all Revit models organized and up to dateFollow Sanctuary's workflows and templatesCommunicate proactively when instructions or requirements need clarification
