What you will doData Strategy & AnalysisDevelop and maintain scalable data models, pipelines, and dashboards to consolidate information from multiple sources (AWS DWH, Google Sheets, and other systems);Conduct deep‐dive data analysis and create predictive models to support decision‐making processes;Design and execute A/B experiments to measure the impact of strategic initiatives;Monitor key KPIs, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.Data Governance & InfrastructureCollaborate with data owners and cross‐functional stakeholders to ensure data reliability, governance, and accessibility;Identify and implement solutions for data quality and availability gaps;Ensure alignment with Data Mesh principles, supporting decentralized data ownership while maintaining overall data integrity.Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with several teams and areas to define and improve ETL processes, data warehouse architecture, and automation workflows;Educate stakeholders on data best practices, enabling them to make data‐driven decisions;Act as a bridge between technical and non‐technical stakeholders, translating business needs into analytical solutions.Must haves3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field;Strong expertise in SQL & PostgreSQL for querying and data modeling;Strong experience with Looker Studio and the G Suite;Soft Skills:
