OverviewRockwell Automation is seeking a Supplier Onboarding Specialist in Bogota to manage the serialization and registration program for suppliers.LocationBogota, Colombia – Full time.ReportingReports to the Director, Revenue and Brand Protection.Primary ResponsibilitiesContact suppliers to introduce the program and assess readiness.Work with the IT development team to onboard new suppliers and promote them from development to product environments.Identify supplier issues to ensure high‐quality serial data and correct data gaps.Manage Power BI reporting and identify gaps for proactive monitoring and detection of supplier issues.Ensure compliance with ESPR plans and support the ESPR program.Support Product Serialization and Registration and gray market initiatives.Essential QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.Fluent in English (reading and writing).
International experience and understanding of cultural differences.Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in a similar role.Advanced experience with Power BI and Microsoft Excel.Fluent in English and Spanish.Comfortable working in a globally distributed team.Investigative mindset and ability to work across an integral organization.Maintain confidentiality and establish credibility with regional partners and Rockwell Automation staff.Additional RequirementsAbility to travel up to 10%.
