Job DescriptionOur Network Security Team Lead is responsible for execution and team management throughout the life cycle of focused consulting engagements with our valued customers.
The role involves managing a team of highly skilled engineers and consultants while also executing on individual projects.ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse team of engineers and consultants to complete Assessment, Audit, Design, and Implementation projects across Network, Security, Virtualization, and Wireless domains.Provide mentorship to team members, exposing them to opportunities that aid in skill growth.Collaborate effectively with peers, clients, and vendors to deliver solutions for Connected Enterprises.Review documentation tied to assessments, audits, designs, and implementations to recommend improvements against industry standards.Design, deploy, and support networking, virtualization, security, and wireless solutions for process automation and discrete controls environments.Implement converged business and manufacturing/industrial systems that align with customers' overall business strategies.Prepare detailed documentation, including user needs, system specifications, observed issues with remediation recommendations, and implementation requirements.Configure IT/OT equipment such as Cisco switches, Cisco firewalls, virtual server environments, and anti-virus software.Travel *****% of the time,



including both domestic and international trips.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technology‐driven field with 5+ years of experience; or 8+ years of experience if no degree.Experience managing teams and completing full project life‐cycle implementations.Hands‐on experience configuring IT/OT equipment (Cisco Switches, Cisco Firewalls, Virtual Server Environments, Anti‐Virus Software, etc.).
Proficiency with Ethernet/IP and CIP protocols, and deployment of solutions in virtual environments.Extensive design and implementation experience in the Operations Technology (OT) space and with Rockwell Automation software/programming packages.Strong commercial and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple diverse projects.Cisco, VMWare, or SANS certifications are a plus.Legal authorization to work in the United States.
