and Machine Learning techniques.3+ years of experience managing technical teams, with a track record of success leading cross‐functional projects.Strong working knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and version control tools such as Git.Proven ability to develop and implement AI models, meeting business objectives, technical requirements, and quality standards.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non‐technical stakeholders.Strong Agile project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources.Experience working in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross‐functional teams, external vendors, and research institutions.Strong ethical and security standards, ensuring all AI solutions comply with legal, ethical, and security standards.Our Commitment to Equal OpportunityPRGX is an equal opportunity employer.
