QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight management customer service, or a related role
Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
Experience with SAP and logistics/transportation processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
Knowledge of international trade and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and adapt to dynamic environments.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build positive working relationships across teams and with clients.
Strong analytical and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Excel, or similar tools).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
B2+ level of English
