You'll answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure every interaction feels professional, helpful, and customer-focused.This role goes beyond simply responding to inquiries — it's about creating positive customer experiences, building trust, and representing TalentPop App's commitment to high-quality support.Your Day-to-DayProvide timely, professional, and friendly customer support in both Spanish and English through calls and live chatTroubleshoot customer concerns and guide customers through solutions clearly and efficientlyAccurately document customer interactions and updatesIdentify recurring concerns and share feedback to support process improvementsCollaborate with internal teams to stay aligned on workflows and prioritiesDeliver customer experiences that reflect TalentPop App's service standards and valuesWhat We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience or experience in a similar support roleExperience providing bilingual customer support is an advantageExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and EnglishExperience with tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer support platforms is a plusCalm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressureFamiliarity with E-Commerce and CRM systems is an advantageFluent in both Spanish and EnglishTechnical RequirementsPersonally owned laptop or desktop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent, and a minimum of 8GB RAMStable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and downloadQuiet and professional remote workspace suitable for callsPerks & BenefitsPermanent remote work setupCompetitive compensation with annual performance reviewsPaid time off to support work-life balanceMonthly health stipend depending on locationPerformance-based bonuses tied to KPIsSupportive team culture focused on growth, accountability, and collaborationWhy Join TalentPop App?
