What you will doOwn the entire testing process for your team, including representing quality in cross-team discussions, requirements analysis, test planning, test case definition and execution, and test case automation;Be an advocate and champion of a quality mindset across your team and the product - 'build quality in', 'automation-first', and 'shift left test';Help define and implement performance/scale test strategy and capabilities;Monitor and improve CI/CD pipelines;Cultivate a deep understanding of business needs and the technical roadmap, and set clear quality standards in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering Leads;Maintain and extend the existing test automation framework, as well as evaluate and build out of any new frameworks in support of our automation needs and strategy.Must haves6+ years of experience in delivering high-quality products and facilitating automation tests in an enterprise software environment;Strong hands on test automation experience with JavaScript;Knowledge of the complete QA cycle and experience with different types of testing, including experience building and adding to an automation framework;Solid strategic vision for test automation - the ability to be the person who owns and drives our test automation strategy;Experience building automated API tests and frameworks with RestAssured or similar frameworks;Knowledge and experience in Typescript;Experience with testing tools such as Selenium,
