The role focuses on ocean freight operations, order management, and supply chain visibility within a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate incoming and outgoing international shipments (Ocean, Air, and Multimodal) across global trade lanes.
* Manage orders, suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth operational execution.
* Audit operational systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of shipment and booking data.
* Coordinate bookings based on documentation, contracts, and customer requirements.
* Monitor open orders and ensure system visibility and operational tracking.




* Ensure SOP compliance and report operational deviations.
* Coordinate with customs brokers, vendors, and carriers to resolve operational issues.
* Provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders on shipment status.
* Ensure proper documentation and operational compliance with international trade requirements.
* Support accurate and timely invoicing processes.
Required Skills and knowledge * Strong operational and analytical mindset * International shipping documentation (BL, Commercial Invoice, Import/Export documentation) * Transport modes (Ocean, Air, Truck, Rail) * Ocean freight operations and key terminology (CY/CY, FCL, LCL, etc.) * Role of customs brokers and freight forwarders #CRMGSC
