ResponsibilitiesUse design thinking and user experience knowledge to participate in high level discussions regarding marketing programs.Work with the marketing team and other stakeholders in the business to ideate and launch interactive experiences that convey the value of the company's products and solutions to the market.Initiates process improvement initiatives to further enhance the team's competency and performance.As a practical individual contributor, ensure the production of high-quality work in web design.
Coordinate with the team to maintain standards and address any web design-related questions from internal clients.Serve as the first escalation point for issues pertaining to brand consistency, technical issues, and software/publishing questions.Craft effective responsive user experiences across multiple platforms.
Advocate for the user throughout the process of proposing, wireframing, and implementing UX improvements.




Can also execute custom JavaScript code for use in marketing and advertising landing pages.QualificationsMust have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in web design, interaction design or a related discipline in a marketing environment, higher degrees and specializations are desirable.
Five or more years of work experience are also required.Web design skills and working knowledge of UI/UX.Good understanding of quality control for visual communication.Good working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including the Bootstrap front-end framework.Responsive design best practices.JavaScript.Mid to advanced level with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.Strong experience with web content management systems, preferably Episerver (Optimizely).
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English language.Can organize multiple tasks and possesses strong organizational skills.
