This role is idóneo for customer-focused and commercially driven professionals who thrive in relationship management and SaaS environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Health & Relationship ManagementProactively manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to foster long-term partnershipsServe as the primary point of contact and customer advocate within SimproBuild trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and maintain strong engagement levelsExpansion Opportunities & Revenue GrowthDevelop a strong understanding of customer businesses, objectives, and operational needsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsManage the full expansion sales cycle from opportunity identification through closeMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly renewal and expansion targetsStrategic Business ReviewsConduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with key stakeholdersDemonstrate ROI and align Simpro solutions with evolving customer business goalsShare best practices and provide strategic recommendations that drive customer successCustomer Advocacy & CollaborationAct as the internal voice of the customer across Product, Support,
