This is a hybrid position, where you will work remotely four days a week and spend one day a week at strong accounting knowledge, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain Colombian payroll and ensure accuracy in employee payments and deductions.Process electronic invoicing in compliance with Colombian tax regulations.Experience with QuickBooks for accounting management.Experience with Siigo for financial and accounting reporting.Handle payments to suppliers and ensure timely transactions.Create accounting entries for the general ledger.Set up new employees and manage ARL (Labor Risk Association)



registrations and my payroll system entries.Manage Mi Planilla system for payroll reporting and tax compliance.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in accounting or related fields.Strong knowledge of Colombian accounting standards and local tax laws.C1 English level or higher (both written and spoken).
Experience with QuickBooks and Siigo accounting software.Experience with Mi Planilla and payroll processes in Colombia.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.A positive, easygoing, and communicative personality with a desire to learn and grow.Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.We OfferCompetitive salary of $4,500,000 COP/month.A hybrid work environment (work from home 4 days a week).
