C.H. Robinson is looking for an Associate Global Forwarding Agent in Bogotá.
In this role, you'll directly impact our ability to deliver seamless international logistics solutions, ensuring that general supply chains run efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.
You will coordinate shipments, manage documentation, and support compliance processes while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Your work will help strengthen our global network, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our forwarding operations.We expect you to work on‐site with your peers five days a week, fostering collaboration and productive interaction within a vibrant workplace.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain operational excellence: understand the processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping from purchase order issuance through delivery.Apply basic industry knowledge to respond to customer requests.Learn and execute/coordinate tasks on shipments to meet all customer SOP requirements.Ensure a high level of data integrity within shipments: acknowledgement of shipment details, IncoTerms, routing, dates, documents, etc.Learn and understand pricing; complete low to medium complexity customer quotes.Facilitate relationships: communicate clearly, timely, and effectively with customers, CHR offices, agents,



and outside vendors.Promote a positive working relationship for all team members.Leverage CHR's network of departments, support teams, and leadership.Ensure customer SOPs are maintained and adhered to.Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Fluent English (written and verbal).
