The Department of Radiology & Radiological Science at the Medical University of South Carolina seeks full-time, onsite, General Radiologists to join its Community Radiology Group for its Midlands Division that includes Columbia and Kershaw.

MUSC Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have an MD or equivalent degree, be ABR Board‐certified, and fellowship trained.
General radiologists must have experience in all aspects of general radiology, breast imaging (including ultrasounds and MR), and some light interventional radiology services.
Interventional radiologist experience required.
Must be able to obtain a permanent South Carolina medical license to be considered.

Ability to perform job functions in various positions: upright, seated, walking, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, indoors, confined/cramped spaces, kneeling, bending, twisting, squatting, pinching, full use of both hands and arms, repetitive hand/wrist motions, full use of both legs, reaching in all directions, good finger dexterity,



tactile and olfactory functions, lifting and carrying up to 150 lbs.
unassisted, lifting objects up to 75 lbs.
from floor to 36 inches, lowering objects from 36 inches to floor, lifting and carrying patients up to 300 lbs.
assisted, pushing/pulling objects up to 200 lbs.
unassisted, maintaining ***** corrected vision, color discrimination, depth perception, peripheral vision, hearing acuity with correction, the ability to hear whispered conversations up to 3 feet, bi‐lateral hand movement skills, gross motor function with fine motor movements, respirator qualification, valid driver's license, computer literacy, rotating shifts, overtime as required, and learning new processes, tools, and equipment.
