This role includes team management activities such as effective process control, monitoring voice standards, performance reporting, value innovation, developing sales skills within the assigned team, and handling escalation resolution.
The team will consist of ***** agents on inbound sales.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach/monitor employees in production by providing feedback about individual strengths and weaknesses.Ensure team is aware of all updates and changes in policies/procedures and processes.Manage KPIs and service levels.Handle customer and client escalations.Adhere to company and client policies (Security, ZTP, etc.).
Motivate employees.RequirementsMinimum 6 months of prior experience in Sales BPO.Formal degree is not required; proven sales experience is essential.English level: Advanced (B2+), fluent in business communication.Full‐time availability; professionals only (not open to students).
