Our team is dynamic, results-oriented, and built on a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence.About the RoleWe are looking for a Mid-Level IT Support Specialist with a solid technical background and hands‐on experience in call center or outsourcing environments.
You will be the go-to person for keeping our internal systems running smoothly — troubleshooting issues, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring our team has the technical support they need to perform at their best.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to internal teams, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.Set up, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, and remote access tools.Administer user accounts, permissions,
and access controls across company platforms and systems.Support onboarding of new team members by setting up equipment and providing technical orientation.Monitor and respond to IT tickets, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and documented properly.Implement and enforce IT security protocols, data protection policies, and compliance standards.Coordinate with external vendors, internet service providers, and software support teams as needed.Identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure, workflows, and system performance.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.Previous experience in a call center or outsourcing company — strongly preferred.Solid knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software configuration.Experience with remote support tools, VPNs, cloud platforms, and ticketing systems.Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac OS environments.Strong problem‐solving skills with the ability to work independently.
