This role combines hands on recruitment delivery with strategic input and the continuous enhancement of our employer brand and candidate value proposition.
You will play a critical role in enabling business growth in these regions by attracting and hiring high quality, diverse talent aligned with our organisational priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Delivery & Stakeholder PartnershipLead end‐to‐end recruitment processes for senior, specialist and critical roles across North America and LATAM (NALA)Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders in these regions, providing guidance on hiring strategies,



role scoping and talent availabilityChallenge, influence and advise stakeholders to ensure high‐quality, inclusive and sustainable hiring decisionsOwn and manage complex recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experienceTalent Strategy & Market InsightProvide deep market intelligence for Americas, including talent mapping and competitor insightsProactively identify regional talent risks and opportunities and propose data‐driven solutionsProcess, Systems & ImprovementEnsure effective use of the ATS (Pinpoint), maintaining high standards of data accuracyIdentify improvements to recruitment processes, tools and regional ways of workingMentor Recruiters and Junior Recruiters, supporting capability building across the teamAnalytics & ReportingTrack and analyse recruitment metrics across NALA (time to hire, pipeline health, diversity metrics, quality of hire)
