Key Responsibilities Respond to 100% of DMs, comments, and mentions Manage and respond to all Google Reviews (by store) Escalate negative feedback within 24 hours Run daily trend scans and share insights Deliver Daily Brand Pulse updates Community performance report (engagement, reach, sentiment) Execute 2 campaigns/week (Product + Brand/Franchise) Identify franchise leads customer insights Brand performance sentiment report Campaign and trend effectiveness analysis Strategic recommendations What We're Looking For 2+ years in Community Management / Social Media Strong understanding of social platforms trends Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Experience with multi-location or hospitality brands is a plus What Matters 100% response rate Fast issue escalation Consistent execution reporting Measurable engagement and brand growth Ready to own the brand?
