To secure continuous alignment and support to our Emerging Market (EM) business‐partners, we are creating a role of Sr Specialist, EM Procurement Operations, based in Mexico, Turkey, or Colombia.
The Senior Specialist, EM Procurement Operations - reporting to the Associate Director, EM Procurement Operations Lead - will be responsible to drive Procurement Operations in support of the EM region with focus on the LAMERA countries.ResponsibilitiesThe execution of Local and Regional Sourcing (RFI, RFP & Proposal analysis) and contracting activitiesThe operationalization of category‐strategiesThe management of expiring contracts, contract templates, contract repository, catalogs and guided‐buyingThe delivery of relevant value‐creation/saving targetsThe management and improvement of the end‐to‐end Source to Settle process (including escalations related to Purchase‐orders,
invoicing and payments)The management of supplier onboarding escalations and monitoring of Third Party Due‐diligence refreshesThe execution of Third Party Spend Analytics, reporting and data clean‐upThe Engagement and Management of stakeholders to ensure Procurement function continues to be a strategic business partnerThe monitoring of Procurement Process Compliance acting as a Sourcing & Contracting ProcessRequired Education, Experience and SkillsEducation: BS in Procurement or Business or Finance or related field5+ years Procurement working experience within pharmaceutical industryStrong market‐knowledge across indirect categories and experience working in an international and cross‐functional environmentStrong sourcing and contract management skillsStrong analytical skillsAdvanced stakeholder partnering skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environmentEffective communication, presentation and influencing skillsCreative, self‐starter and bias for actionEnglish & Spanish language fluency (other EM languages fluency is an added advantage but not a requirement)Number of Openings: 1Requisition ID: R******
