This role partners closely with Commercial Leadership and cross-functional teams (Demand & Supply Planning, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to ensure business plans are aligned with brand strategy and demand forecasts are accurate and actionable.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Forecasting & Planning- Lead the 24-month demand management process, generating and publishing consensus forecasts.Execute monthly demand cycles,



co-piloting Demand Review meetings with commercial teams.Collaborate on baseline creation and forecast enrichment using historical data and commercial inputs.Data Analysis & Forecast Accuracy- Work with statistical modelers to cleanse historical data and ensure forecast reliability.Analyze shipment, POS, SIT, market share, and promotional impacts to shape demand.Measure forecast enrichment accuracy using Forecast Value Add (FVA) and other KPIs.Commercial Collaboration- Contribute to product rationalization and portfolio optimization.Supply Chain Alignment- Ensure accurate demand signals are passed to Supply Planning.Communicate demand changes proactively to manage service and inventory impacts.Process Leadership- Own demand management KPIs (FVA, Forecast Accuracy, Bias).
