This role is idóneo for candidates with strong accounting fundamentals, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and distribute monthly financial reports according to deadlines and reporting requirementsPerform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial recordsEnsure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsManage cash-related functions and monitor cash balancesInitiate, review,



and post journal entriesResearch and resolve accounting discrepancies and financial issuesAnalyze expenses and prepare monthly accruals based on budgets and forecastsReview accounts payable activity and select invoices for payment processingConduct monthly general ledger analysis and balance sheet reconciliationsSupport accounting operations related to real estate implementation projectsAssist with audit requests and prepare supporting financial documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational continuityProvide timely communication and updates to internal stakeholders and clientsQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial conceptsExcellent analytical, quantitative, and critical reasoning skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a project-driven environmentStrong written and verbal English communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systemsNice to HaveExperience with real estate accountingExperience working with Yardi softwarePrevious experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companiesExperience working in distributed or remote teamsBackground in implementation or project-based accounting environmentsSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM ESTCompensation: *********** USDLocation: 100% remote opportunityIf this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!
