About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Junior Accountant to join our dynamic Accounting team.
Reporting to the Senior Accountant, this role is accounts receivable-focused, with opportunities to support broader accounting projects as needed.This role is idóneo for someone who has experience in small to mid-sized company environments, where adaptability, ownership, and wearing multiple hats are essential.
You'll gain hands-on, functional accounting experience and exposure to day-to-day accounting operations in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activitiesPrepare, send, and track invoicesManage invoice adjustments (e.g., crediting an invoice)Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and recordsReconcile accounts and support month-end and year-end close processesProcess accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR)



transactions in compliance with company policiesMaintain accurate financial records and audit‐ready documentationCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate financial dataSupport expense tracking, budgeting, and forecasting effortsHelp implement accounting best practices and process improvementsJump into other accounting projects and ad‐hoc tasks as business needs evolveRequirements1-2 years of accounting experience (including internships or entry-level roles)Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related fieldSolid understanding of accounting fundamentals and day-to-day workflowsFunctional accounting experience, including:Creating and sending invoicesUnderstanding AR impact on financialsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelBackground in small to mid-sized companies where roles are less siloed and adaptability is requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle sensitive financial information with
