About the RoleAs a Sales Operations Specialist supporting TD SYNNEX Capital's Financial Solutions business, you'll be the pivotal link between our sales teams, external customers, and internal finance and accounting partners.
You'll manage quoting, documentation, pipeline reporting, and payment tracking, ensuring every transaction is accurate, compliant, and delivered with a high degree of professionalism.
This role offers exposure to end-to-end financial processes, cross‐functional collaboration, and the opportunity to build expertise in sales operations and credit management.Essential Duties & Responsibilities RequiredSupports TD SYNNEX Capital sales teamServe as the primary back‐office contact for financial solutions transactions, guiding customers and sales colleagues through our funding processesPrepare, review, and follow up on equipment and service quotations in collaboration with sales teams and vendor partners.Works with external customers to ensure understanding and adherence to the funding process(es)Validate finance documents, bank invoices,
and customer signatures for completeness and compliance.Performs basic external customer credit review and releases orders per established guidelinesTracks orders to completion and obtains necessary serial numbers on productEnsures proper data mapping between sales system and financing systemCoordination and liaising between TD SYNNEX Capital and internal customersTroubleshooting for internal and external customersWhat We're Looking ForExperience1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.Financial Solutions or Sales Operations experience a plus.Education & CertificationsStrong command of English, both written and oralAssociate degree in Business, IT, or related Field of Study preferred.High School Graduate with HS Diploma field of study required.Working ConditionsHybridRequired Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAble to execute instructions and to request cl
