We are seeking a Data Scientist to join Inspire Brands and advance our digital transformation and customer engagement strategy.RequirementsProficient in Statistics, Spark, SQL, R, and Python.Fully fluent in English.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with large, complex datasets spanning customer, POS, loyalty, media, and digital engagement domains.Conduct deep analyses that generate insights and recommendations for multiple restaurant brands, generating over $1 billion in revenue annually.Lead statistical analysis and build machine‐learning models that support personalized marketing, promotional effectiveness,



and paid media initiatives.Develop analytics and machine‐learning automation workflows to make work scalable and repeatable.Communicate results to stakeholders and marketing leadership, clearly conveying business impact.Education & Work ExperienceMinimum requirements:Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 2–3 years of highly relevant experience.Master's degree in a STEM field with 1–2 years of experience.PhD in a STEM field with 0–1 year of experience.PreferredMaster's degree in a STEM field with 2 or more years of relevant experience.Skill RequirementsProficient in at least three of the following: Spark, Python, R, SQL, Git Version Control, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
