Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.Deliver Empresa confidencial mandated initial, recurrent, and operational training programs in‐person across the region and virtuallySupervise and evaluate trainees, including performance assessment, coaching, and progressive counseling when neededEnsure proper certification and training compliance documentation for course completionAnalyze training needs and design, develop, and maintain accurate and current curricula and materialsPerform training administration, compliance reporting, audit support, and timely expense reportingPartner with Regional Manager and station leadership to resolve operational issues and support consistent executionProvide operational support to stations, including on‐the‐job training
