Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketing Manager, located in Envigado/Medellin.
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth initiatives through strategic marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to scale audience engagement and revenue.
The role includes planning and executing marketing projects, implementing marketing automation tools, and leveraging analytics to inform data‐driven decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration with cross‐functional teams to achieve business goals is a core aspect.QualificationsProficient in Growth Marketing and Marketing Analytics strategies to drive business growth and measure campaign success.Skilled in Web Analytics for tracking and interpreting user behavior on digital platforms.Experience with Marketing Automation tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiencies,
