We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support both internal and external customers by designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
This role ensures systems meet performance expectations while aligning with security standards and best practices.The position involves hands-on administration of Microsoft technologies, infrastructure monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain a stable and secure IT environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain on-premises Active Directory environmentsManage and support Microsoft Office 365 and Azure platformsExecute and support email migrations to Office 365Configure and deploy workstations, servers, and related softwareMonitor server, storage, and network performance to ensure system availabilityRespond to alerts related to infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, applications, and security)



to ensure compliance with security policiesGenerate reports related to system performance and operational metricsPerform additional duties as requiredRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience, or an Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experienceAdvanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiencesStrong troubleshooting skills in complex environmentsProven problem-solving capabilities for diagnosing and resolving system issuesAvailability to work adaptable hours, including outside standard schedules, in a 24/7/365 environmentWillingness to travel as neededAvailability to work in a Hybrid basis in Bogotá, ColombiaPreferred ExperienceAdministration of Office 365 and SharePointExperience with virtualization platforms such as VMwareScripting experience using PowerShellFamiliarity with antivirus and security toolsExperience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, QRadar, ServiceNow (SNOW), or TufinKnowledge of next-generation firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point)Understanding of networking concepts, including protocols, switching, and routingExperience with backup and recovery solutions
