About the RoleThe Business Development Associate (BDA) helps fuel CSG's growth by generating new business, building strong client relationships, and supporting our sales teams.
You'll research markets, qualify opportunities, and coordinate activities that move deals through the pipeline.ResponsibilitiesBuild and grow strategic relationships with partners and prospective customersConduct market and account research to identify opportunities and inform outreachDrive pipeline growth by following up on marketing campaigns and inbound leadsSchedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for Client Business Executives and Sales DirectorsDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting via phone and emailMeet activity targets for qualified first meetings and follow‐up steps leading to proposals and pipelineHelp problem‐solve deal‐level challenges to increase revenue and bookingsUse insight‐led, consultative selling to uncover customer needs and spark deeper conversations with CSGPartner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services to ensure consistent messaging and capture voice‐of‐customer insightsPrepare meeting briefs and stakeholder summaries for customer conversationsAssist with prospecting plans, pitches, presentations, and sales materialsProvide feedback to Marketing so customer and industry insights improve future campaignsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in business, IT, a related field, or equivalent experience1+ years' experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer serviceExperience using a CRM (e.g.,
