About the RoleWe're looking for a strategic storyteller and audience-first marketer to build TransPerfect's voice in the Life Sciences industry.
As our Life Sciences Marketing Lead for Audience Engagement, you'll create the experiences that turn pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations into engaged communities and qualified pipeline.This isn't a traditional demand gen role.
You'll own the full spectrum of direct audience engagement—from concepting high-impact webinars with internal experts to building social communities that spark real conversations about clinical efficiency, regulatory compliance, and AI adoption in Life Sciences.
You'll translate complex solutions into compelling narratives across every channel where our audiences live: LinkedIn, industry events, virtual roundtables, email, and partner platforms.If you've built webinar programs that people actually want to attend, turned SMEs into thought leaders, and know how to repurpose one great conversation into a month of content—this role is for you.What You'll OwnAudience Strategy & Engagement ProgramsDesign and execute our audience engagement strategy targeting clinical, regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial stakeholders in pharma, biotech, medical devices, and CROsBuild content programs that address real Life Sciences challenges: clinical trial efficiency, regulatory compliance, patient engagement, multilingual medical communications, and AI adoptionDevelop segmented nurture campaigns that move audiences from awareness to pipeline using engagement data and behavioral insightsCreate campaign narratives that resonate with the unique pressures and opportunities in Life SciencesWebinars & Virtual Events (End-to-End Ownership)Lead concepting, production, promotion, and reporting for Life Sciences webinars, virtual panels, and podcastsTransform internal subject matter experts into confident, compelling speakers through prep, coaching, and repeatable processesPartner with product, sales, and customer success teams to surface stories and insights that educate and convertDesign pre-event, live, and post-event content activation strategies that extend the life of every programTrack performance metrics: registration, attendance, engagement,

You're building engagement strategies for a general audience across multiple markets and languagesSuccess in This Role Looks LikeConsistent webinar programs with strong attendance and engagement ratesGrowing social media presence and community engagement in Life Sciences channelsMeasurable pipeline contribution from audience engagement initiativesInternal SMEs actively participating as speakers and thought leadersContent programs that sales teams actually use and referenceRequired skills and experience:5+ years in product marketing, audience engagement, content marketing, or demand generation—preferably in SaaS, translation/localization, or B2B professional servicesProven experience hosting and producing webinars, virtual events, or podcasts with measurable business impactExceptional writing and storytelling skills—you can take complex topics and make them accessible, engaging, and actionableStrong knowledge of social media strategy, community management, and LinkedIn best practices for B2B audiencesAnalytical mindset: you use data to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and prove ROIExperience working cross-functionally with SMEs, product teams, and sales to develop educational contentComfort with marketing automation and webinar platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, ON24, Zoom Webinar, or similar)Preferred skills and experience:Life Sciences industry experience or familiarity with pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketingVideo production and editing skills for creating social-first contentExperience with content repurposing strategies and multi-channel activationBackground in community building or customer advocacy programsAbout YouYou're organized, efficient, and detail-oriented—but you're also a creative thinker who sees opportunities where others see obstacles.
