including accounts payable and accounts receivableHandle A/R collections through direct communication with customersMaintain and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks OnlineMonitor and manage online banking transactions and credit card accountsPrepare and review financial statements, reports, and recordsEnsure accuracy and compliance with all applicable accounting standardsIdentify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely mannerSupport month-end and year-end closing processesTake ownership of assigned tasks and complete them with high attention to detailAdapt to evolving priorities and take on additional assignments as neededRequirements5+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping rolesBachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting (preferred)Strong grasp of all accounting principles and concepts
