This is a full-time role based in Medellín, Colombia, operating in a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.You'll be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leveraging AI to proactively surface insights, identify risks, streamline workflows, and personalize the client experience.
From the moment a plan goes live, you'll partner closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Client Services to deliver exceptional outcomes — faster, smarter, and more consistently.You'll also serve as the voice of the client, translating real-world feedback and data-driven insights into product enhancements and process improvements.
