You'll partner with our U.S.based procurement analysts, wider Operations teams, and work directly with utilities to resolve gaps, correct billing issues,



and prepare procurement-ready datasets—while keeping workflow execution on track through inbox and action coordination.What You'll DoData Readiness for ProcurementValidate and prepare electric and natural gas usage data required for pricing events, renewals, and RFPs.Identify and resolve missing bills, gaps, usage anomalies, and data inconsistencies ahead of procurement deadlines.Gather key utility inputs needed for pricing (meter reads, billing histories, tariffs, fees, account details, and service attributes).
Work directly with utilities to obtain critical items such as PLC/ICAP tags (where applicable), historical usage, and billing determinants.Utility CoordinationMaintain status logs, follow-up schedules, and retrieval timelines to ensure predictable turnaround.Support resolution efforts that prevent billing delays, late fees, or service interruptions for clients.Tariff & Rate AccuracyFlag discrepancies and coordinate with utilities to correct rate assignment issues and resolve overcharges.Ensure updated, accurate tariff and rate information is
