This is a full-time, on-site, blingual role for an Insurance Assistant located in Bogota, D.C. The Insurance Assistant will support day-to-day operations by assisting with insurance policy management, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating communication among clients, brokers, and internal teams.Responsibilities include processing insurance documentation,
maintaining accurate records, coordinating renewals, resolving client inquiries, and supporting financial tasks related to insurance policies.QualificationsMinimum B2 english levelStrong knowledge or experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processesPrior work experience in the insurance or risk management industryExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clientsBasic understanding of Finance and ability to assist with related tasksDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in relevant office software and technology toolsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
