ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Talent Executive, you will drive company success by collaborating with recruitment and engineering leads to optimize hiring workflows.
This role offers the unique chance to manage high-impact screening operations and special initiatives within a fast-paced, world-class environment.
You will leverage your expertise in candidate management to ensure a seamless experience for every applicant.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company's guidelines;- Keep track of available talent and job opportunities;- Carry out the candidates' screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit;- Manage a robust pool of candidates to submit to the clients,
