In this role, you will apply your strong technical background in hardware and software support to manage IT infrastructure and user devices.
Your expertise will be essential in ensuring smooth operations in a fast‐paced 24/7 environment, collaborating with cross‐functional teams, and resolving technical issues efficiently.
You will play a key role in maintaining a reliable and high‐performing IT ecosystem that supports the organization's success.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee streaming equipment and critical infrastructure using monitoring tools to ensure continuous, high‐quality serviceManage incoming IT support requests and maintain key systems such as encoders, dealer modules, access points, and switchesCollaborate with development and cross‐functional teams to test new applications and ensure proper network and system functionalityEnsure operational continuity of encoders and media servers for smooth broadcasting, resolving issues promptlyTroubleshoot technical problems with the operations team,



performing repairs or equipment replacements as neededMaintain workstation configurations, user access, and internal procedures while resolving incidents within SLA standardsManage IT inventory, update asset records, assign equipment, conduct audits, and coordinate with external suppliers with minimal business disruptionSupport the improvement of IT infrastructure, perform hardware and software maintenance, and safeguard information securityRequirementsFluent in English (C1) and Spanish (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communicationMinimum 3 years of experience in hardware and software support within a technical environmentStrong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems, including Active Directory administrationHands‐on experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshootingProven experience with Wi‐Fi networks and network managementAbility to collaborate effectively across departments in a team‐oriented environmentExcellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‐solving skills with a proactive mindsetFlexibility to work various shifts within a 24/7 operationNice to have: Relevant IT certifications and experience with streaming or broadcasting equipmentBenefitsCompetitive salary with bonus opportunities based on performancePaid training to familiarize with the company's high standards and proceduresPrivate Health Insurance for comprehensive medical coverageOpportunities to advance within a general tech companyAnd many others
