Resumes not submitted in English will not be considered.ResponsibilitiesWork with Clients on a daily basis to obtain business and technical specifications.Manage project environment, including software updates and security, and train IT personnel.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's degree.3+ years in a services delivery role with understanding of functional components of software implementation projects.Experience participating in the configuration, enhancement, and testing phases associated with software development and implementation.Experience working in Cloud/SaaS project delivery model.Business analyst experience.Programming skills (SQL, C++/C#, Java, VB, and/or other computer programming languages)
