We are seeking an experienced bilingual (English & Spanish) Salesforce Technical Business Analyst to join our team in delivering an ambitious program to implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud across multiple countries.AccountabilitiesChampions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Ability to collaborate with senior leaders from Business and Technology to design long-termBusiness Technology roadmap for individual Salesforce orgsExperience leading discovery sessions with multiple Business and Technology stakeholders toelicit and capture business requirements and processes.
Including the definition of userpersonas, epics, user stories and user acceptance criteria.Strong expertise in gap analysis,
