Project Management SpecialistLocation: ColombiaNote: Please submit your resume in English, this role requires fluent English speakers.We are seeking a highly detail‐oriented Project Management Specialist on the Marketing Technology team to work at the intersection of project management and campaign operations.
This role will work closely with cross‐functional teams to gather campaign requirements, build project plans, report on progress, and work with stakeholders to resolve potential schedule disruptions.
This person will also build campaigns and data management flows to support the team as needed.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the campaign intake process on behalf of MarTechProvide regular campaign progress updates to stakeholdersWork closely with Marketing Operations team to create and deliver campaign reports and provide recommendations to optimize campaignsOrganize and optimize project management tool to ensure smooth communication, create efficiencies,
and troubleshoot as neededMaintain existing documentation and develop new documentation to support the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing organizationQA materials for assigned programs, ensuring every item provides excellent user experience, is grammatically correct, and aligns with brand guidelinesEnsure leads receive the proper field updates, routing, and assignments in line with SLAs; monitor, troubleshoot and resolve data issues when necessaryProvide marketing operations support as needed across the organizationImplement lead nurturing and demand engagement campaigns utilizing Marketo, Qualified, and other toolsRequired Qualifications3 years of experience in marketing operations, managing and executing B2B campaignsEnglish level: C1, both written and spokenFamiliarity with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and similar platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and straightforward mannerComfortable working in ambiguous environments; the ability to bring structure and clarity is keyExperience working in a general organization
