We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Integration Engineer - Bilingual with strong English communication skills and experience in system integrations, data exchange, and application support.
The adecuado candidate will have hands-on experience working with APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise application integrations.Healthcare industry knowledge or experience supporting healthcare systems, EMR/EHR platforms, or healthcare workflows is highly preferred.
The candidate will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to support integration projects and ensure seamless data flow between systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, design, implement, and support system integration solutions across enterprise applicationsWork with APIs, web services, HL7/FHIR integrations, middleware, and data transformation processesTroubleshoot integration issues, monitor interfaces, and ensure timely resolution of incidentsCollaborate with business, technical, and client teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutionsSupport end-to-end integration testing, validation, and deployment activitiesMaintain integration documentation, mapping specifications, and technical workflowsMonitor data exchange processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and securityCoordinate with development, infrastructure, and support teams for production releases and issue resolutionAssist in optimizing integration performance and improving automation processesSupport healthcare-related integration initiatives involving EMR/EHR systems, healthcare applications,



or patient data workflows when applicable.Requirements4+ years of experience as an Integration Analyst, Integration Engineer, Application Support Analyst, or related roleStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)Experience working with APIs, REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and data integration technologiesExperience with SQL and database querying for troubleshooting and data validationUnderstanding of system integration concepts, middleware platforms, and data mappingExperience supporting enterprise applications and resolving technical integration issuesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsHealthcare industry experience or healthcare domain knowledge is a strong plusFamiliarity with healthcare integrations such as HL7, FHIR, EMR/EHR platforms, or healthcare workflowsExperience with integration tools such as Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica, Cloverleaf, or similar platformsKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudExperience working in healthcare IT, staffing, consulting, or enterprise services environmentsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fieldSoft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive mindset with strong ownership and accountabilityTeam-oriented with strong collaboration skills
